A few things to know/expectations about this event:

*It is expected that anyone who participates in the workout will make a donation to Jessi (minimum suggested donation $20).
*Please note that if you previously donated to Jessi's GoFundMe campaign -- we are SO grateful -- but we do request a donation specific to your participation in this event.
*Ways to donate - cash or check (made out to Jessi Youhas) at the time of the event, or via Jessi's GoFundMe page (link shared above in a subsequent confirmation email so you can donate prior to (or at the time of) the event.
*The workout is simple, scalable (up or down), and will allow for as many participants as possible.
*Firebreathers welcome, but please understand that this will be run as a fundraiser, not a competition.

*We will be updating the workout and will post in the Facebook event discussion and on our blog.
*Total time commitment is 60-90 minutes, but please stay and cheer on others - that's the gym community Jessi knows and loves.
*Heats will start every 45 minutes with check-in 30 minutes prior to heat time.
*Quick workout briefing will be 10 minutes prior to heat start.
*We will take on-site sign-ups but cannot guarantee open heats/specific heat times. Please sign up before the event.
*Although the heat sign-up page does allow you to go back in and edit if you've made a SignUpGenius account. Please only do this up until 3/13 at 7pm.
*After that time, or if you need to cancel after that time, please email us at [email protected].
*If you need to cancel, please go ahead and donate and ask us for a remote version of the workout you can do at your convenience!
*After you fill out the form below, you'll be directed to the heat sign-up page. Both parts must be complete for you to be officially signed up.
*If you're unable to make it to the event, send us an email at [email protected], make a donation via GoFundMe, and we will be happy to provide you with an at-home or gym version!
*Please invite friends and family to do the same.
*The workout will be held at 2601 Marshall Street in Mattoon (directly north of Mattoon High School on the southwest corner of 26th and Marshall (the former Oakley & Sons Bicycle Shop).
*More info will be sent to you (parking, etc.) and posted in the Facebook event as the event date nears.
*We will be posting a link to a direct-ship apparel store for the shirts we have designed.
*We will have snacks and drinks available for sale at the time of the event.
*There will be a raffle with prizes from Impact 3 Fitness & Nutrition as well as from local businesses.
*All profit from retail sales will be donated to Jessi.
